Cancellation and refunds
The short version of clause 6 of our Terms and Conditions.
- Everything on sasphere.com is paid a year in advance.
- You may cancel at any time; your subscription then runs to the end of the year you have paid for and stops there. To stop it renewing, your notice must reach us at least sixty (60) days before the renewal date.
- We do not refund the remaining months of a year that has begun: your server is reserved and paid for on your behalf for the whole of it.
- If your server has not been built yet, tell us within fourteen (14) days of your order and we refund it in full.
- If we cannot supply what you ordered, we refund what you paid for the part we cannot supply.
- A pack of customisation hours is refundable while no hour of it has been used and within thirty (30) days of purchase; after that it is not.
- Refunds go back through Stripe to the card that paid.
