About Sphere

Who we are

InfoSphere LC is a software company that builds and runs business systems on Odoo. Sphere is its hosting product for Saudi Arabia: one dedicated server per client, the modules the client needs, and a team that speaks Arabic and English and answers. sasphere.com is where Saudi clients buy and manage it; the company itself is at www.infosphere.dev.

We started with clinics. A clinic in the Kingdom needs Arabic first, Hijri dates, ZATCA e-invoicing, the national address and a place to keep patient records that stays inside the country. We built the Clinical Suite for that, and the control panel that keeps every server updated, backed up and watched. The same panel now runs every kind of business we host.

How we work

• One client, one server. Your data is never on a machine shared with another company.
• Nothing happens to your server without a person at Sphere approving it: every update, every restore, every new database is a task somebody reads first.
• Backups every night, encrypted before they leave your server, and restored on a test machine so we know they work.
• One clear yearly price in riyals, an invoice for every payment, and a portal where you see your usage, invoices and backups.
