Prices in Saudi riyals, billed yearly. A server costs the price of ten months per year; module groups and extra databases are yearly; customisation comes in packs of ten hours. A server includes one database.
Dedicated Server – Germany
Your own server in Frankfurt (Germany), one database included, nightly encrypted backups, updates from the Sphere panel. 20,000 SAR per year (the price of ten months).
Saudi region, on request
Dedicated Server – Saudi Arabia
A server of your own in a Saudi cloud region, provisioned for you on request when your data must stay inside the Kingdom (data residency for PDPL and health data). One database included, nightly encrypted backups, updates from the Sphere panel. 40,000 SAR per year (the price of ten months).
Business Basics
The base of every Sphere server: contacts, discussion, invoicing and accounting with the Saudi localisation (ZATCA e-invoicing), and the Arabic interface. 2,000 SAR per year.
Clinical Suite
Patients, scheduling, prescriptions, orders, billing, pharmacy, consent, patient portal, waiting room, growth charts, vaccination, telemedicine and help: the 13 clinical modules. 2,000 SAR per year.
Extra Database
One more database on your server (one is included with the server). 1,000 SAR per year each.
Customisation Pack – 10 Hours
Ten hours of configuration, training or development by the Sphere team. 1,000 SAR per pack.
One database is included with every server. Prices exclude VAT where it applies. Payment by card through Stripe, in riyals; an invoice is issued for every payment.
